Money Orders
Travelers Express Money Orders at all ABCO locations. The cost is $2.00 per money order.
Traveler's Checks
If you and your family are traveling, consider purchasing travelers checks from your credit union. They are accepted the same as cash at most hotels, restaurants, gift shops, theme parks, etc. Checks are available in varying denominations, and the cost is very low at $1 per $100. Available at all branch locations.
Notary Services
Need to have document signatures witnessed and signed by a notary public? Notary services are available at your credit union. While other establishments charge for notary services, they are free at your credit union.
Simply bring the document to one of our offices. You must bring at least one form of picture ID with you. If you have multiple documents and/or require additional notary services, you should call ahead so we can schedule a time convenient to both you and our notary public.
Safe Deposit Boxes
There are just certain things that you shouldn't keep at home - items that would be impossible (or at least very difficult) to replace in the event of theft, fire, flood, or any other disaster. Items such as family heirlooms (jewelry and photographs) and documents such as birth and marriage certificates, military discharge papers, stock certificates, and bonds are best kept in a safe deposit box at your credit union.
ABCO has Safe Deposit Boxes available at our Willingboro and Browns Mills Branches in a variety of sizes. The first year is half price and after that the annual cost is very modest, especially when compared to the time and expense involved in replacing your valuable items. If you don't yet have a safe deposit box, call or stop by your local branch, open six days a week.
