Conventional- Conventional fixed mortgages are the most widely used type of loan. The security of a fixed payment is an attractive financing option for many customers.

Conventional ARMS (Adjustable Rate Mortgage) - Allows customers to take advantage of a lower interest rate and a lower payment. This type of loan is an effective tool for members planning to move or refinance within a few years.

FHA - (Federal Housing Administration) - This type of financing is primary used by customers with limited funds to close. Also offers a low down payment and the security of a fixed payment.

Stated Income/No Income Loans - Limited documentation allows customers to state their income or not indicate income. Utilized for Borrowers with hard to document income, tip earners, contractors, union workers, self-employed.

Interest Only - An interest only loan is one that gives you the option of paying just the interest or the interest and as much principal as you want in any given month during an initial period of time. Interest only loans can be 30-year fixed mortgages or adjustable-rate mortgages.
